ughhh...
have been feelin' extra pudgy lately. of course going back n forth w/ the same 5-10 lbs always. needing to lose more, but it sucks & is soooo hard! i've been doing good at getting on the treadmill, mostly because it helps me focus through the day & with work being extra busy & the kids home for the summer & lydia, well {she's 2 ya know!}, it's also helping me try to handle my stress a little better. it's usually the food that gets me though. i was really good when i was fully engrossed in WW to eat well & control my portions {& saying NO!} & the weight was really coming off then... of course then i sort of got out of the groove. hoping that i can get back into the swing of things... i want to look good for my nephew's upcoming wedding & look really good for when i turn 35 in november! wish me luck... again :)
